  1. How long do the sessions last?
  • Free initial consultation: 30 minutes
  • Individual therapy sessions: 50 minutes
  1. Why is there a free preliminary session?

The free introductory session gives you the opportunity to:

  • Understand how I work as a trauma-informed integrative counsellor
  • Ask any questions or share concerns
  • See if you feel comfortable and supported

There is no obligation to continue — it’s simply a space to explore whether this feels right for you.

  1. What type of therapy do you offer?

I offer integrative humanistic counselling, a form of talking therapy based on:

  • Empathy and active listening
  • Human warmth and respect
  • Unconditional positive regard
  • A non-judgemental, safe space

This approach is also trauma-informed, meaning we work at your pace, with attention to emotional safety and the nervous system.

5. Can I have therapy if I’m neurodivergent?

Yes, absolutely.

Therapy is adapted to you as an individual. We will work together to find an approach that supports your needs, preferences, and way of experiencing the world, so you can get the most from your sessions.

6. What is the difference between psychotherapy, counselling and coaching?

  • Counselling: Emotional support for life challenges and wellbeing, mainly focused on the present
  • Psychotherapy: Deeper exploration of past experiences and personality patterns
  • Coaching: Goal-oriented support focused on practical outcomes rather than emotional processing

7. Why are sessions offered online and outdoors?

Different formats support different needs.

  • Online therapy offers flexibility and accessibility, especially if you prefer or need to stay at home
  • Outdoor (walk & talk) therapy in Madrid can help you:
    • Feel more relaxed and grounded
    • Connect more easily with your emotions
    • Benefit from movement and nature

8. How much do the sessions cost?

  • Free first session (30 minutes)
  • Individual sessions: €30

Clear, simple pricing with no hidden costs.

9. What happens in online therapy?

Online sessions can include:

  • Talking therapy and emotional support
  • Body awareness and grounding techniques
  • Emotional processing
  • Creative approaches, depending on your needs

10. What happens in outdoor therapy?

Outdoor sessions include everything offered in online therapy, with the added support of nature.

This may include:

  • Using natural surroundings to explore thoughts and emotions
  • Movement to support emotional expression
  • Metaphors from nature (e.g. trees, paths, seasons)
  • A more relaxed and open environment

11. How long does the therapy last?

Therapy is different for everyone.

It may last:

  • A few weeks
  • Several months
  • Longer-term, depending on your needs

You decide when you feel ready to end the process.
